April Fool’s Day Spanish Lesson
April Fool’s Day Funny Photo Contest
Facebook Spanish Vocabulary
As you saw in the video, it’s time for the “Funny Photo Facebook Contest” for April Fool’s Day. It doesn’t matter where you’re from or what you’re doing, you should participate in this contest. Obviously let’s keep it clean and tasteful, but let’s have some fun at someone else’s expense! For one day of the year, (and for this contest it’s actually 3 days) it is absolutely okay to do that. Here are the rules for the Facebook contest.
1. Take a picture of a prank you did.
2. Post it on our Facebook wall.
3. Give your photo a brief description in English.
4. Get your friends to “like” your photo.
The person who receives the most “likes” on their photo wins the Visual Link Spanish course of their choice. Bundles are not included. The contest ends on Sunday, April 3rd, at midnight, Mountain Standard Time. It would also be nice if you would comment on each other’s photos with the vocabulary I just taught you or with anything thing else you want to say about their photos as well.
Here is the vocabulary from the video in case you can’t remember or forgot to take notes.
I like your photo. | Me gusta tu foto. |
I really like/love your photo. | Me encanta tu foto. |
It’s clever. | Es listo. |
It’s very witty/funny. | Es muy gracioso. |
It’s surprising. | Es sorprendente. |
It’s funny. | Es chistoso. |
It’s awesome. | Es chévere. |
It’s impressive. | Es impresionante. |
You have a good sense of humor. | Tienes un buen sentido del humor. |
I want to do this prank. | Quiero hacer esta broma. |
Please come and post your photos and practice your Spanish with us on our Facebook page for Facebook Fiesta Friday. I hope you can have fun with the jokes and that you do them all in good humor. If you happen to play a joke on your spouse and it gets a little bit out of hand, you may need to learn how to say I love you in Spanish to patch things up. So have fun, but be careful as well.

Rules of this Facebook contest are pretty simple.
Learning to speak and write in another language is quite a difficult process. Often students need help with this. And sometimes you should seek the help of professional writers from https://papersowl.com/, because they can help you do your writing quickly and you will have free time to learn languages or relax. This is a good idea for many.
How far can you go before hitting rock bottom? Slope, a new arcade game from Y8 games, challenges you to roll down the slope for as long as you can without falling off the edge or hitting any obstacles along the way. Prepare for a serious speed boost as you fall downhill on the seemingly endless surface. Even if you play it a few dozen times in a row, you will have the desire to improve. Another significant advantage of the Slope Game is the new method of logging in under your own nickname and competing on the number of points with other players.
